Rezoning and creation of residential infill development

Formerly a timber yard, this site was identified as a prime opportunity for residential infill development. Through skilful master-planning we were successful in securing rezoning of the site, allowing for a medium density development with over 100 homes. The first stage was marketed and sold to retail investors before recycling our equity through introducing private capital.
